My methodology is rooted in cognitive pedagogy, inspired by the insightful work of specialists like Hélène Trocmé-Fabre who reminds us that "Tout en nous est source" (Everything in us is a source). This means my teaching philosophy centers on providing you with the means to learn and discover your own capabilities.

A cornerstone of this approach is "learning by doing." I've found that active engagement in creative processes is the most effective way to internalize knowledge, develop new competencies, and witness those powerful moments of self-discovery and realization. The voice is also a central element in many of our modules, as I am convinced that authentic self-expression often begins with understanding and harnessing the power of how we speak. As far back as I can remember, I've always cherished being a witness to these "aha!" moments when someone realizes they've just learned something new and valuable.
